Spring 2010 After School Elementary Spanish

The form below will register your child in a Puentes Elementary Spanish program. This will enable us to plan appropriately.

Please fill in the form below to register for any of our after school Spanish class sessions. Please be sure to include complete and accurate contact information, particularly email, as we use this information to confirm your registration. You can be sure that we will never sell or distribute your information to any other entity, so don't worry about that. Please select the appropriate class from the list and also please let us know how you learned of Puentes. Payment options are available upon request( Please contact us for details ASAP).
