About Puentes Spanish Preschool
Our Facility
Our facility,
located at 4720 West Franklin in Boise, provides a
safe and secure, fun and open
atmosphere
for preschool
learning. In addition
to the reading/storytelling room, arts & crafts room, and motor skills/manipulatives
area, we have a large, fenced outdoor play area. See our Photos
page for more details. Puentes Preschool has easy freeway access, two blocks
east of Orchard on Franklin. See

Our Staff Trudy McGavin (director)
has her B.S. in Math/Spanish Secondary Education, certified to
teach Math and Spanish in Idaho
secondary schools 7-12, is continuing with Masters in Bilingual
Education, has taught foreign language methods classes at the university
level; has 20 years of teaching experience and develops the
curriculum for Puentes Language Programs. She
has near native fluency in Spanish for almost 30 years.

Magdalena Lorimor (preschool
teacher) has her degree in early childhood education from Colombia
and has more than 10 years of
teaching experience with preschool and elementary-aged children.
She is a native Spanish speaker.
