Journey in 2010, however...
We have had numerous requests to offer another travel language
journey, so for 2011, Contact us NOW and start planning for 2011!
While
we don't have all of the particulars planned out for the trip
in 2011, we will model the trip after our other successful journeys
from prior years.

Traveling to a Spanish-speaking country
is one of the most fun and most powerful ways to learn the language,
and when combined with the opportunity to volunteer with an organization
as beneficial as Projecto Asis, what could be better!? This is
a wonderful way to learn about the culture, help care for animals
and our environment, to really speed up learning Spanish, and
to have a fabulous vacation. Here are the organizations that we have
partnered with on past trips . We would work one or the other
of these again for the journey in 2011.
Proyecto
Asis
Is a Wild Animal Rescue Center with volunteer opportunities as well
as Spanish classes. You will stay with a Costa Rican host family
while you either attend Spanish classes or work in your choice of
projects or locations, such as a recycling project, at the animal
rescue center, in a local school or a conservation project. Proyecto
Asis will help you plan the trip as an individual or as a group.
Cultourica
Is a tour agency and hotel which is part of a cooperative organization
with a mission of sustainable ecotourism throughout Costa Rica. They
also offer Spanish and dance lessons. |
